A vibrant competence in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) is central to building and increasing our global productivity. STEM skills can no longer be perceived as being the exclusive domain of scientists and engineers as there is a rising demand for creative problem-solving in our evolving economy. STEM is becoming more entwined with our daily lives. Scientific advancements and technological breakthroughs are soaring and expanding.
All government globally, are investing in improving STEM education. There is significant activity underway across the country in schools and education systems, by industry and universities, to lift student engagement and attainment in STEM and to support teachers to improve student outcomes. STEM aims to foster analytical thinking, inquiring minds, logical reasoning and collaboration skills. All young people should be prepared to think deeply and to think well so that they have the chance to become the innovators, educators, researchers, and the leader who can solve the pressing challenges facing our world, both today and tomorrow. National Stem Association (NSA) established in 2018 to promote STEM for all and to fly STEM and talents higher. Driven by the motto ‘Ignite, Inspire, Innovate’, NSA is thrilled to be able to provide an inspiring and engaging platform for all levels of community and education systems in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). NSA is heading towards higher achievement and towards becoming a well- respected national and global entity in STEM with continuous dedication in recognizing and engaging excellent STEM programs, industries and educational institutes, as well as organizing smart and interactive learning activities.
